SUMMER 2019
Cambridge draws scholars and students from all over the world to study at its elite university and to learn English. A team of five other Biola students and I joined forces with Friends International, a non-profit, to plan events and build friendships with internationals.
Through this, we helped them adjust to life in the UK and to practice English.

I traveled to the rural hills of western Spain with a team of six other young women from Biola University to teach English, serve a community of Moroccan refugees, and build cross-cultural relationships.

ENSENADA, MEXICO

El Sauzal is an orphanage located in Ensenada, Mexico on the Baja California Peninsula. During this trip, my sister and I delivered school supplies, lead a craft time with children, and had the pleasure of participating in a Quinceañera.
